General information about MultiConvert.
Introduction:
MultiConvert is a signal converter and is used to convert an analog voltage signal into a resistance-based signal. This is necessary if, for example, an on-board electronic system / display accepts a signal input for a level signal exclusively as an Ohm value.
Voltage and resistance range:
The signal input is matched to the SuperSense level sensors and goes from 0 - 2.5 volts DC.
The output signal is 330 - 33 Ohm. The signal curve is linear.
Typical default values:
Abweichung / Toleranz <5%.
Questions and answers:
Q: Can MultiConvert convert multiple signals in parallel?
A: No, one MultiConvert is required per signal conversion.
Q: Can the signal values be changed?
A: No, the signal input (0 - 2.5V) and the signal output (330 - 33 Ohm) is fixed and cannot be changed.
Q: We are commercial customer and need special customization for our product
A: We can supply specially adapted versions for (small) series use, please feel free to contact us by phone.
